Please could you tell me if this is made with any latex.

PetSafe told me it's made of natural rubber. So I'm guessing not suitable if you have a latex allergy.

Toys like this where dogs stick their tongues in to get food should have a hole either side to prevent suction. Does this have 2 holes?

I don’t see any other holes other than the top hole but perhaps the fact that it is snowflake-shaped means the dog’s tongue is unlikely to block all parts of the hole at once and thus suffer from suction? Not sure. I’m not aware of my dog having had any problems.
