Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a cincher or corset. Waist training requires dedication and devotion, it is not something that will just happen by occasionally wearing your waist cincher and it will take time For the best results I recommend you do some type of work out and WATER- WATER- WATER!!! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WEAR IT? I like to wear mine for most of the day 6-8 hours. THE MORE YOU WEAR IT THE BETTER! when you first get you corset you need to start off slow maybe a hour or 2 until you get used to it. HOW MANY INCHES WILL I LOSE? It depends on a few things. How long you wear it, if you have a good diet and work out are some things that can make a difference. On average 4-6 inches but I have seen 10 inches. You will have to down size your corset to achieve more inches. HOW DO I WEAR IT AND IS IT COMFORTABLE? i like to wear mine over a tank top but under my clothes. I wear it everywhere I go. I love the hourglass shape it gives. The more you wear it the better it will feel. You have to break it in for the first week or 2. Once it forms to your body you will love it.
