Helped with adrenal fatigue
This product helped my body recover from adrenal fatigue and hormonal imbalance. I was able to sleep better (helped reduce the "tired but wired" feeling) and feel rested when I woke up. Highly recommend!

Makes a big difference in my sleep!
This doesn’t help me fall asleep, but it makes my sleep overall better. I sleep more deeply and have dreams. I notice when I awake in the morning I feel more rested. I’ve used this supplement for years now with no drop off in effectiveness.

Help with sleep
I was hoping this would also aid in weight loss, as I took amino acid supplements (one for a.m., one for p.m.) years ago that did. This doesn't seem to be helping in that regard, but I do feel they help me sleep more soundly.

Product is awesome
Love this product. So glad Amazon carries. Wish they had the larger size in capsules. Don’t like caplets.

made my poor, unrestful sleep even worse
I have been trying all sorts of sleep supplements following a traumatic event in my life 15 months ago that has negatively impacted my ability to sleep restfully. Please note, I fall asleep immediately and oftentimes am unable to wake up when my alarm goes off and I feel as if I have just pulled an "all-nighter" throughout the day. That's to say, my issue is not insomnia, it's unrestful sleep. I chose to try Amino Night since I have had relatively good luck with amino acid supplements such as L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine, and others following the traumatic event. However, after first trying four capsules one night and then two the following night, I will not touch these capsules ever again. Not only did I have frightening dreams and oversleep each time I used Amino Night, I woke up feeling horrible and found it very hard to function throughout the day. Not only was my energy level impacted in a negative way, I also suffered from very low mood - with deep depression, sadness, agitation, low motivation, decrease in focus, and other symptoms that made my life harder. I am glad these help some folks but they are definitely not for me.

It has worked for me.
I've been taking this product for over 20 years to maintain my metabolism overnight. I can definitely tell a difference if I go a week (due to lack of supply) without taking it.
