Sawyer Products Premium Permethrin Insect Repellent for Clothing, Gear & Tents

I’m in Connecticut, where the ticks are Awful!!! Use as directed & you will watch the ticks jump off as they try to climb up!!! This does work!!! You just need to get enough on your clothes!! Don’t put it on your skin!!

We spray our boots and clothes with this before we head out to our tick-infested woods, and while it doesn’t prevent 100%, it has really made a dent in the number of ticks we find on ourselves afterwards! Adding off! deep woods spray directly to the skin on our legs and arms, along with this product on our clothes works especially well; whereas we used to find 15-20 ticks on us when we came in, now we find maybe 1-3.

I purchased this repellent for camping and backyard outings. I used it on my pop-up tent, my work clothes, and sprayed the ground inside the tent. I forgot I had put it on. My partner also wanted to try it out. She had no issue the entire evening and night. I live in the country, so we are surrounded by woods. I have tried many repellents. This wasn't greasy or irritating on our skin. It's a keeper for the shed for days like this.

0.5% not bad for an aerosol can. Decent performance. But I’ll be buying a “mix it yourself” and a spray bottle in the future though. This will not be a repeat buy.

I spray my "farm" cloths, hats and shoes with this stuff, and it keeps the ticks off! OR, in the rare events when one or two get on me, I find them neither moving nor attached, but DEAD! Happy with a good product ! READ THE DIRECTIONS and it should work for you too.....

I have nothing but positive things to say about this product. I recently took a trip to a third world country, where mosquitoes and insects were a concern. Prior to the vacation I bought a bug net, and sprayed this product all over the the net along with my clothing that I was going to be wearing on the trip. I did let everything breathe outside when I sprayed it and when I let the product sit although it didn't need to sit that long before it was dry and safe. The product performs unbelievably well, mosquitoes were just not an issue when I was wearing the clothes that were sprayed and when I was sleeping in the mosquito net. Very high performing product, which I would recommend for anyone who has a mosquito issue. My only concern about the product is that if you have small animals, or children or even our concerned about your own health, I would wear masks when spraying this, I would also Spray It Outdoors or in a well ventilated area as I don't think it's probably the healthiest thing in the world for you to breathe. In fact the person who suggested I spray this on my clothing and mosquito net was someone who represented the CBC and they said Don't Spray it around your pets. That was enough for me to wear a mask and spray it in my garage with the garage door open leaving it well ventilated to get that excess out of the garage and also keep me safe even though I had a mask on. Again the performance of the product was outstanding

Another great product from sawyer it has done a great job of keeping me chigger and tick free since I started using it.

My state is on high alert for ticks this year.....So far, nothing had worked....I sprayed according to directions (be sure and read and don't spray it on your skin....just the clothes....) and haven't had a problem with ticks since....I'm an avid gardener so this is one less adversary while working. I HIGHLY recommend this product....
