It says these are plastic. Isn’t plastic bad for beards?

Plastic is not bad for beards unless the manufacturing process leaves behind rough edges on the teeth which causes snags. These Kent combs are so nice and smooth that it is not at all a problem. From what I understand, they are hand made or hand finished. There are no sharp edges whatsoever. I have three of these in different styles. I use them every day even though I have beautiful sandlewood combs that I could use instead. I love my Kents!
