Amazingly comfortable headphones with great sound.
I travel a lot for work, so having headphones for a flight or to zone out to in a hotel room to unwind are a MUST. On a plane, ANC is the best thing for blocking out not only the rumble, but the a lot of the annoyances - babies crying (except when next to you, nothing can help you then...), people talking loudly, people snoring, etc. I can't compare to Bose since I have only had in ear sets, but all of the other brands I have tried - JBL, Beats, Parrot, Sony. I purchased the Samsung Level On for: 1. Active Noise Cancellation 2. Comfort for extended time 3. Great sound 4. On-Ear Design The sound quality of the headphones definitely come down to what you are using for a device; I use android phones so the Samsung Level app connects and can set the EQ of the headset. The native EQ for iOS devices is not great, so I would advise trying a pair before buying for an iOS specific use. With the Level App you can tune the headphones EQ. The stock android EQ will work as well, but I have found it tends to forget the device a lot of the time and set back to flat. The app is what really helps the headset really pop in sound. There is clearly a less response in the bass area, but far more than enough bass to compare to the others but it tends to be more flat than colored like JBL and Beats headsets do. These are the first headphones that I have used in a long time that I have pretty much stopped everything to listen to all of my music, because it sounded SO GOOD. Since buying these in January, I have bought the Samsung Level U Wireless and Samsung Level Box. Samsung has really started to come into their own for audio and I like it.

Pool players headphones!
I bought these right before Christmas (2015), as a present to myself. I'm impressed at the clarity of these wireless headphones. I'm a pool player and love to submerse myself in good music while playing competitively. This allows me to stay focused. I love that these wireless headphones allows me to roam at least 50+ feet (away from my Samsung Galaxy S6) until I start to hear the cut-off from the Bluetooth. This allows me to have plenty of range in movement without any distractions from my music cutting off. Also, I love the noise cancellation feature. I sometimes play in noisy environments, and this allows me to keep the music and me all to myself without hearing distractions from the outside. The headphones are light enough that they are not uncomfortable, yet holds strong enough that they don't fall off my head either. I know these would be ideal headphones to travel on the airplane as well. I will eventually be purchasing the Samsung Level On Pros and hand these down to my son.

Better value than Beats Studio Wireless 2.0, still flawed
PROS: • Sound pretty balanced. • Arguably more comfortable with better noise cancellation than my flimsy Beats Studio Pro Wireless 2.0 that snapped in half. • Less expensive than comparable Beats. • On-ear design was pretty comfortable even for the duration of a 5-hour flight and while sleeping. CONS: • Volume output is slightly weaker than my Beats Studio Pro Wireless 2.0, my BeyerDynamic DT770 Pros and my old JVC HA-RX700 (these are a crazy-good value if you need a batch of headphones for use for monitoring in a studio, provided to don't care about sound bleed). But the noise-cancellation is good so the volume doesn't need to overcompensate for outside noise. Regardless, I run these near max volume all the time and occasionally want more. • Bluetooth connectivity with my iPhone has occasional issue that require that I forget the device and reconnect. • Controls are hard to operate by touch. I don’t even bother anymore. Overall, I think I was happier with my Beats Studio Pro Wireless 2.0 headphones but they were so flimsy, support was so unhelpful and the cost was so high that I refuse to go back. I think these Samsung headphones are better in some ways (noise-cancelling is definitely batter, cost is lower) but the rest is subjective. These win on value, though.

Great headphones! The sound is amazing and the headphones ...
Great headphones! The sound is amazing and the headphones are very comfortable. I originally bought the Skullcandy Hesh 2 wireless headphones because of the cheaper price but I returned them after 1 week because of the inferior quality. I didn't want to spend another hundred dollars on there Beats, and from my research, the Samsung headphones got rave reviews, and customers thought they were more dynamic. My only pet peeve is the basic 3.5mm audio cable included. It doesn't have volume or mute control. It's just a basic cable. The wired and cheaper samsung Level On headphones include a premium cable with the volume control features. I called Samsung and they couldn't send me a better audio cable, which I think is surprising. But again, these headphones rock, and for the price I think the are worth it!

Good electronics, terrible physical construction
UPDATE March 2015: Less than six months after buying these headphones the padding started to peel off just from regular use of about 20 hours per week and gentle treatment. This morning the plastic headband completely broke. It flexes every time you put on or take off the headphones so it's slowly wearing down the plastic until the point that it just breaks. Avoid these headphones as they will not last you very long. For Bluetooth 3.0 headphones at an upper mid-grade price point, these are quite nice. The noise canceling, features, phone integration, latency, and audio quality are all above average (and I'm saying this having owned sub-$100 and >$500 bluetooth headphones). Obviously you get the best device integration if you have a device like the Samsung Galaxy S5 or S6, Note 4 or Note 5, etc. because these devices come with a software app that adds additional capabilities to these headphones. But I tried them with an iPhone 6S Plus and they work great with it, too. Comfy fit on the ears, and a low risk of your hair getting caught in hinges or parts of the headphones due to a sturdy and thoughtful design. Be aware that there exists a bug on many Android phones that will cause the music to drop out when the screen is off. This is not the fault of the headphones, as I have been able to reproduce this problem with 6 different pairs of headphones from 4 manufacturers. This is a problem with Android on specific carriers/regions or with certain chipsets (haven't managed to narrow down the problem). If you have noticed this problem on your Android smartphone with other headphones, rest assured that this pair will not fix the problem for you.

Not durable at all!
From a functional perspective, the headphones deliver quality sound and an effective noise-cancelling engine. The durability of the build is very questionable though. Within a month the spongy leathery cover came undone and now, I just noticed that they are loose because there is a crack right on the main frame, and I haven't owned these for longer than a year! This basically means it's the end of the road. I do not recommend these headphones, you won't have them for long. I've had a pair of Technics headphone that I've used for more than 10 years, still going strong. Why can't I at least own them for 3 years???

Superb headphones but has annoying flaw
These headphones are superb in several ways but they suffer a fatal flaw (at least mine did). The fit is comfortable, they fold nicely for travel and the sound is clear and rich, but it doesn't have much thump to the bass. The touch controls on this thing are AMAZING. I don't know of any other bluetooth, ANC headphones that have these touch controls but they need to be standard. A finger up or down on the right earpiece to adjust volume, swipe forward and back to skip songs and two taps to pause. I almost want to keep these just for the ease of use that come with the touch controls. The sound cancellation is VERY good. I've used them on a plane and on a subway train and they cut out enough of the low end rumble that I could forget where I was. The sound cancellation also does not noticeably change the music quality. Unfortunately that very good sound cancellation creates it's fatal flaw. When the low end surrounding noise rises above a certain level, the left earpiece begins to crackle which is unfortunately most of the time a train is moving or plane is flying. I value sound quality too much to tolerate a crackling earpiece despite these headphones being perfect in every other respect.

Awesome Samsung Product!
Let me start by stating I am a Samsung guy. Everything I own is Samsung... 3D Smart TV's, Phones, BluRay Players, Tablets, and now these earphones. This the most expensive headphones I have ever bought and I could not be happier with this product. Samsung has not disappointed at all. I have had these for about 1 month. I bought them for work because I work in a high noise area and the noise canceling feature is wonderful. The sound quality is outstanding with very good bass, mids and highs. You can hear everything with such perfect clarity. Since my initial purchase, I have bought another pair for home. I would recommend this headset to anyone looking to buy a high end pair of headphones.
