I love this tea with half a tsp of honey at night. I can make two cups with one sachet and it still tastes great. The flavors aren't strong but it really relaxes me. I do worry about the valerian root possibly cause adverse side effects since I read more about it. Before this tea, I was taking melatonin too often to try and fall asleep but even with melatonin, I would wake up in the middle of the night. With this tea, I am so relaxed falling asleep and I feel like I sleep deeper. If you have trouble getting to sleep, like me, I would say give it a shot but be sure to read up on all of the ingredients so you can be aware of possible side effects.

This tea smelled great and tasted much better than other valerian teas and it made me relaxed and gave me a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

I have A LOT of trouble falling asleep and STAYING asleep. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked. the taste is mild1) keep the tea bag in as you drink it. Do not remove it, this helps and adds to the full effect. Don't worry, it doesn't taste bad. DO NOT ADD sugar/honey, etc, this defeats the purpose of trying to go to sleep. Make a regular size cup/mug or half the water if you tend to wake up during the night to go to the bathroom2) make sure you are done for the night, i.e. your kids are asleep, dishes done or whatever you need to do AND use the bathroom before getting into bed with this tea...yup I drink it in bed3) sip on this WITH TEA BAG in the entire time4) let the "drowsiness" come over you, you'll feel it in 15-20mins and you'll go off into a sleepNOTE: if you interrupt #4 above, I find that it doesn't work and i'm up staring at the ceiling. DO NOT INTERUPT THE DROWSINESS phase, that's why I say, make sure you are done for the night and ready to settle in.I use this almost every night and have it on autoship. Wish it was cheaper

For all you parents slipping your kids Nyquil and melatonin, DO NOT sleep on this! I made this tea in a big batch and then used the sweetened tea to make my 6 kids cream of wheat/oatmeal. Added all the maple syrup/brown sugar or apple cinnamon blends. Have it to them after a nice bath/shower for bed. 1 by 1 they dropped off. My middle child asked for the tea one night. Got all my household chores done. No bribes to go to bed. There's a new sheriff in town! Drug free, not habit forming, natural--- thank you. Nights so peaceful almost forgot I had kids. Need a bigger box

Taste good, but it unfortunately didn't do anything for my sleep.

The media could not be loaded. So I purchased this tea about a month ago. With the Covid pandemic and being a nurse, I found that my cortisol levels were through the roof, and I needed to do something to help bring down my anxiety. I could not sleep for the life of me at night (it doesn’t help working midnight shift 3 nights a week either). Well I found this gem of a tea and I am so happy I did, with diet, exercise, and a cup of secrets of tea at night, I feel more relaxed. And I am having no issue falling asleep on my off nights! I loved it so much, I actually ordered it a second time around. I even got my husband and mother-in-law hooked!And the flavor is amazing! I usually add honey to my tea, but I don’t have to with valerian root! It has a bit of a berry flavor

I had high hopes for this tea since the reviews are so positive. This tea did not even make me the slightest sleepy and did not taste like valerian in the least. Valerian has both a strong taste and smell and I tasted nothing of valerian in this tea. A waste of money.

Really nice packaging. Tea is good. It helps me sleep better.
