The right stuff!
The price is right, and the taste is very good. I use this for all sorts of recipes. Most of the time, I'll just put the whole can in a blender and make a puree, which I place in a freezer bag and freeze it into a sheet. When I need to flavor my chili, or a marinade, or whatever -- I just break off as much as I need, defrost it, and use it. It's great stuff! Now, if I could only understand why they're spelling it that way... There's only one "L" in chipotle. So, why are they spelling it chiLpotle???? (That's how it's spelled on the can. Weird.)

This brand is a great Spicy Pepper and Sauce
I found this brand of adobo peppers in sauce had just the right amount of heat to make it perfect in a variety of recipes requiring adobo.

I "YouTubed" some recipes to use this product, but it's very spicy. Not the product's fault.

Delicious and perfect in a chilli con carne! The tin is great value too, compared to other offerings. I freeze half of the tin and it works just as well when defrosted for another big batch of chilli. Lovely, smokey, spicy flavour. Top marks!

Perfectly balanced,can't do with out, goes well on its own or where ever your culinary imagination is willing to go, difficult to find genuine chipotle. Good value for a phat can!
