Quite a nice pillow. For those who don't enjoy a firm pillow, this isn't for you as it can take some getting used to. However, it is quite cool and comfortable to sleep with, and it seems to be durable as well. It is a little high, so the height combined with the firmness can leave your neck sore for a bit until you figure it out.

I’ve had my sleep change so much from this pillow I had to give a review. I had a major back fusion surgery and my sleep is awful due to neck, head and back pain. I since buying this pillow I can sleep for hours without having to wake up and readjust.I actually took some of the foam pieces out (which is fantastic to have the ability to adjust the pillow to meet your needs) and washed the pillow case before using. The material is very soft and pulls heat away from my head. If you do not like the cooling aspect a pillow case over solves that. I typically push and mold the pillow to fit my neck and head and it stays in that position. It arrived flat and expanded in 5 minutes. The filling is invaded in a separate case from the pillow case itself which was helpful when removing some of the foam. The appearance is of high quality and pillow case material is thick and well made.

Update: The seller reached out in an effort to try to provide a resolution to consumer dissatisfaction. A replacement product from a different batch was sent and tested.When the new set of pillows were opened, I could tell right away the odor was significantly better. While they have a chemical scent, it is tolerable and does not smell of mold and mildew.After allowing them to air out and expand as directed, we gave them a try. The pillows are EXTRA FIRM, but adjustable. Some filling was removed to suit our preference, and the pillows were re-tested; they are now comfortable.There is a nice feature that I didn't notice before. The pillows have dual temperature fabrics. One side is cooling, while the other is standard.In summary: These pillows can be a wonderful addition to your bed if you are looking for something full and firm to place against the headboard in a pillowcase for show "as is." If you are actually using them to sleep on, they can be great after adjusting the fiber-fill to suit your needs.Overall, whether I'd recommend these is dependent upon which batch your product will be coming from. The first batch I DO NOT recommend, the second batch I highly recommend..Original review:I purchased these due to the great reviews. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, as I'd hoped this product could be the answer to waking up with neck pain. I will never know whether this could have been a solution to my discomfort, because I couldn't get past the smell!Immediately upon opening these I inhaled an overwhelming stench that smelled of mold. I wanted to give the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt to see whether the smell would dissipate. The instructions say to wait 24 hours to allow for full expansion, as they arrive compressed.After 24 hours, the smell wasn't any better. I allowed these to sit out for a week, and the odor is so horrid that none of us can even bring ourselves to rest our heads on them to test their performance. Even my husband who has a NOTORIOUSLY diminished sense of smell, commented that they have a "STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR." He said "just let them air out a few days, and they should be fine" When I informed him that I'd been airing them out for over a week, his eyes bulged! 😆 My son and I both have allergies, and just being near these pillows made our eyes itch.The product has positives that should be noted. 1. The product is esthetically pleasing; thoughtfully designed, and appears high end.2. The pillows have zippered washable covers.3. The pillows are full and firm4. The product is adjustable. The filling is shredded, so if they are too firm, you only need to remove a bit of the filling until the suit your needs.If you are sensitive to strong odors, these may not be for you.If you're still with me through all of that, I hope this helps someone out.

These are hands down the best pillows I’ve found for hot sleepers! They stay cool throughout the night and have made sleeping so much more comfortable.My favorite feature is that they’re adjustable. I switch between sleeping on my stomach and my side, so being able to customize the amount of filling made it easy to find the perfect level of support. No matter how I sleep, these pillows stay comfortable and supportive.The memory foam is soft without going flat, and the pillows fluffed up nicely after opening. If you’re a hot sleeper or need a pillow that can adapt to different sleeping positions, I highly recommend these. They’ve made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep!

Its comfortable and is nice and cool on the one side as advertised.It DID stink when I got it, like others have said, but if you open up the zipper with the material exposed and then place a fan on it for an hour or two, the smell goes away.

Each pillow cover has 2 sides, one marked for cooling, and the other a different fabric. The cooling side is about the same effectiveness as having a silk or satin pillow cover. It's only cool when you first touch it. The cooling side doesn't seem to absorb or wick moisture, so if you are sweaty - it keeps the moisture in place. You'll definitely want a regular pillow case over the pillow cover. In fact, if you suffer from night sweats, the non-cooling side is actually more comfortable. The pillow fill is ample, and simple to squish around for more support for your neck, etc. Think bean bag. But it will retain your impression after use. I find I need to do as I did when I had down pillows - give it a few good shakes in the morning when I make the bed to get it evened out for the coming night. In all, it is a well-made and comfortable pillow to sleep on, but it does not excel in cooling.

These pillows are exactly as described, cool and soft. They are over-stuffed but have a zipper so you can remove some filling and customize the firmness of the pillow. I get a great night's sleep without neck ache.

Absolutely great product. I struggle to find pillows that are actually firm. This pillow is actually holds its shape when using. It offers great neck support, If it’s too firm- it’s designed so you can take some of the filling out safely. Great quality. And the cooling side actually stays cool.

My husband likes it but I wish they were firmer.

I am pretty happy with this pillow. To be honest - I wish it was a LITTLE bit thicker with more stuffing - but it is just about perfect. One side has the "cooling" coating - I think they call it the bamboo coating. But it is noticeably cool. My wife tells me not to push that side into her back or she will jump - so it really is noticeable. Overall I find that it supports my knees such that I don't feel any discomfort while sleeping (normal aging stiffness with sore lower back and tight hamstrings). I am not sure how I will eventually clean it when it needs to be washed - but for now - a good purchase.

No better at cooling than any other regular pillow.

These pillows are customizable and amazing. I removed some of the filling as suggested and it is so comfortable. My husband used to sleep with two pillows but he loves his the way it came and only needs the one pillow. No more stiff necks in the morning plus they were very affordable!

Says it is for a toddler. It might be a bit high for a toddler, but it fits for an adult. The cooling is quite nice!!
