I started taking Quickmass by Allmax about a month in a half ago. Ive gone from 148lbs to 172lbs in that time period. The taste of the shake is awesome, I usually drink 3scoops with milk after a hard morning workout and 2 scoops in the night before bed. I was originally taking 3 scoops 3 times a day but my stomach couldn't take it. I was told if I over use the product it will coat the lower intestine and would not be absorbed, talk about pooping your money away lol. Anyway after lower my servings my gains have been steady and my stomach has been fine. After you find what servings work for you its a great product! Definitely recommended...

This is absolutely the best tasting weight gainer. I buy it in multiple flavor a and use it as a meal replacement. Cookies and cream and strawberry are my favorite. However, don't try to use 4 scoops like it says. 2 1/2 scoops is about all a regular shaker cup can handle.

This is one of the only great tasting protein blends I could find. It tastes like a cookies and cream milkshake. Also I put on 20 lbs in 3 months using this and I was only taking two scoops a day instead of the recommended 4 scoops. I will definitely be buying this again.

If you are a hard gainer you can definitely gain the weight with it. Take two scoops at night with whole milk and give it a month, work out hard five days a week you can really put some weight on.
