Very poor quality components and circuit also. It got burnt after a few days. I used it for a device with less than 400 watts rating for continuously 24 hours for two days when it got burnt. Its rating is supposed to be 2000 watts. But it was getting too hot. There is no point in buying such product which does not work as per specification.

Works fine., mainly I order it for USA hair dryer 1875watt. First I was about to purchase 1000 watt step down but when I saw 1875 watt on my hair dryer box I changed my mind n ordered 2000 watt step down. Although plugging is funny, hair dryer pin reverse side on step down n than straight side on main plug

Bought this product (2000 watt) for use with my blender from the US which is 900 watt. Also asked the company on there whatsapp number (thought that was helpful) and they confirmed this was the converter to buy for my purpose. I never used the blender for more than short bursts of 30 seconds or so and never for more than a minute in total for each use (shakes). Yet I used to get a slight burning smell. Please note I didn't make an issue out of it because when the product comes there is a user guide that says expect slight burning smell when using first few times due to oils (don't have the user manual anymore unfortunately to take photo and share) and since I didn't use it too much I assumed this may the reason for the smell. It otherwise seemed to work fine for the short spells I required. The main issue Is safety of this product as I mentioned. I don't know when exactly but nothing was plugged in the socket other than the converter and the switch was off (just as shown in the photo) but somehow the plug has just combusted on its own. Thankfully it burnt out and nothing else caught fire. As I mentioned the switch was off and nothing plugged in so this is really scary. When I spoke to the electrician who I called he said faulty electric items can catch fire during voltage fluctuations even if the switch is off. I do not know how true this is so but the fact that it burnt on its own with the switch off. Please be careful and unplug when not in use, if at all you have bought this product, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN A PLACE WHERE THERE IS VOLTAGE FLUCTUATIONS!! This happened in goa.

My instapot has rating of 1000W, this converter supports up to 2000W. I have been using this since more than 10 days now. Working well so far. I am using it Instapot for rice cooking 10-15 min and after that keeping Instapot in Warm mode for more than 40min. I didnt have any problem so far. As recommended in product, I am un-plugging it after the use. Product is working well as per the description and as per the intended use, delivery and packaging was good, so I am giving 5 star rating.

It’s working for my 800 W 110V coffee maker. Short period use, give rest and use again.

Total waste of money. I was travelling when it was delivered to my home address. So, when I checked the device it was already passed the return date. The device did not work at all. When I checked the inner parts there is no current reaching the fuse. Very very dissatisfied with the purchase.
