10.6inch Rock Indoor Water Fountain Zen Meditation Tabletop Fountain with LED Light for Home Office Bedroom

From the moment I turned this little fountain on, I knew it was a keeper! Yes, it is relatively small in height, the online measurements say 8.3" tall, but that is to the top of the spinning glass orb. The top of the rock feature is 7 3/4 inches tall, so fyi on that. The base could be made of nicer material, its a rigid plastic bowl (I don't think it's resin like the rock) but it's solid and works to hold water safely with little flanges inside that the rock top sits on. I may look for a prettier base that I can covert to work. Once I put this fountain together (took less than 5 minutes) it actually looks really nice and the trickling water is soft and soothing with just the right amount of cascading sound. I added some rocks to the base to create visual interest. I listened to other reviewers saying to put the pump on high to allow the orb to spin. I think this is great advice. I started the pump first and let the water start trickling, then slowly put the orb on the top and it started spinning straight away (wasn't sure if it really would, since a few people said theirs didn't). My thinking was that it might need some volume of water under the orb to create a water cushion for it to spin. lol. You can give it an extra spin if you want it to go faster. The glowing LED light from under the fountain creates such a nice glow within the orb, and the little bubbles inside the glass create a vortex look as its spinning-really cool. If the room is dim/dark, the glow and spin on the orb is especially nice. I've put fountains together before, but this came with instructions to make assembly a breeze if you're unsure. Tip: use bottled or distilled water. Some tap water can have impurities or create calcium buildup. I had this on for several hours in the evening and unplugged it before bedtime. I do agree with some reviewers that an on/off switch would be more convenient, but at least if I unplug it, I know it's off and don't risk it running dry and burning up the pump. Please be aware you will have to add water once in a while as evaporation will happen over time. In the hours I had it going, I had absolutely no water splashes - whatsoever. Lastly, it would be cool if the fountain came with a couple different colored orbs, or have the LED color changing, that would be fun. I feel the price is a little spendy for what you get but I like it so much I'm already thinking of buying another one for my office desk. Great conversation starter and would fit about anywhere. Recommended this fun little fountain.

I know it says 15.7" but I sort of expected they were 'fudging' that a bit. They're not. This thing's literally almost a foot and a half tall. Functionality: So far, after a week, it still works. The water still flows well, no leaks, good job. Sound: The waterfall sound is barely audible. If you're buying it for the sound, you won't really hear it. I can, at times, hear the motor over the sound of the waterfall. I had to put a towel under mine, not to absorb the water, but to soften the vibration and dampen the motor-noise. Its not terrible but, I didn't buy this to hear a motor, I bought it to hear water. I'm not dinging it a point for that (maybe I should), but it is noteworthy. Visuals: This thing looks really, really nice. It doesn't look 'terribly' cheap and actually has some heft to it. The one thing I don't like is, it has three lights and I am unsure that this will run without them. You need to attach them, the connection is inside the fountain, and they're water-tight connections. I'm not exactly sure what happens if they're not connected, as they need to be screwed in to be water-tight. So, does leaving them unplugged expose the connections to water and cause an issue? I dunno, I don't want to find out, but it means I am forced to have the lights on it, turned on. If this disturbs your sleep, you may want to bear that in mind. This item 'should' have an external on-off switch for the light but it doesn't. Dinging it a point. Overall, not a bad item. Waterfalls & Fountains on Amazon all have pretty bad reviews, this is probably the best of the bunch. Not sure that's saying much. If you can keep the motor quiet, and don't mind lights on it, it's nice, and large enough to feel worth the cost. Adding a point because they made it with heft, it holds a gallon of water and measures to the advertised height. So, 4/5 stars. Worth the money, if the minor issues I listed don't bother you. But better with a sale.

It’s been running in my office off a smart plug for the past several weeks and works and looks great. Wish I could hide the cord a bit better or maybe a battery option even, but it’s fine. Enjoying it.

The fountain is lovely, quiet and doesn't spray water on my desk. Requires about 1 1/2 cups of water every few days, depending on dryness of the air. I have it on a lower pump power setting and it's perfect. Plenty of space for tiny seashells and the light in the bottom cup makes it even better. This is the best fountain I've had in years!

While it lasts, when the water levels high enough it runs pretty quiet with a relaxing water sound. That water level drops fast though. Needing to refill it minimum 1-2x per week. Oh well, no big deal. But then the Pump got clogged up from algae/etc growth. I bought the appropriate chemicals and things to keep it clean. Still got gunked up more and more over time, to where now it makes a buzzing noise over the sound of the water after about a year of use. Wish I could find one of these that actually lasted. Update: Manufacturer, can you share some suggestions of cleaning compounds/additives that can be added to the water to keep it from getting algae overgrowth and the plastic rocks from deteriorating?

I absolutely love this fountain! I recently got rid of our fish tank that we had for years. The first night it was gone, the silence drove me crazy. I was so accustomed to hearing the filter and trickling water that I hadn't even noticed till it wasn't there. So, I bought this and the gentle but noticeable sound of the water falling is exactly what I needed. It's calm and relaxing. I was having a bit of water bouncing out/off of the fountain and onto the shelf it was sitting on so I put it on a metal tray and added some rocks and fake succulents. I love the look.

I love this little waterfall! I love the soothing sound of water trickling and this item gives me that without any pump noise whatsoever. The spinning glass orb on top is visually interesting and I’ve received many compliments on my little water feature. One word of warning: moving water causes faster evaporation, especially in fall and winter when the air is dryer. That would be true of ANY of these small indoor waterfalls, so be prepared to add water to it every day. I add about half a cup of water every morning to keep it full, which is needed to prevent the pump burning out for lack of water. There are some pumps that will shut off automatically if there isn’t enough water, but the one that comes with this item is not one of those, so you have to keep it full. If I’m going to be away from home overnight, I always unplug it to avoid damaging the pump.

Ove the sound. Motor isn't loud. Only bad thing is it smells horrendous. It's weird, I don't know if it's the material or they tried adding smell to it but I can only use outside.

I have this fountain in my home office. I looked at many before choosing this one and have no regrets! It's a beautiful smaller fountain that produces a soothing water sound. My favourite part is the light that spins in the water. I added some of my own rocks and have gotten so many compliments on this! Absolutely recommend!

Smaller than expected. Only worked for one summer and then pump would not work.
