09973 Counterman's Choice Ceramic Extreme Brake Parts Lubricant, 5 g Pouch

This lubricant completes your brake job. It’s easy to ensure it works. Next time, I’ll get the bottle instead of the tube. I won’t need to buy more soon since I don’t do this for a living, but I do change my own brakes. The brakes are silent, and the purple color is nice.

Excellent high temperature grease for brakes and even uses around the house that need a waterproof lubricant.

I switched to using this instead of silicone paste for the caliper slides and copper anti-seize for the pad ears. This works great and does not dry up or grt hard over time like other products I’ve tried.

Having tried different brands I always go back to Permatex ceramic for brake work on vehicles I work on for family and friends. The tube work better as I can control the amount of lubricant used as you need to use the minimum for the caliper pins. It holds up well until the next brake work without noise and locked pins.

After having my slide pins seize up coming down the smokey mountains and ruin my rotors and pads because of improper grease I found this high temperature grease. I now use it on all three of my cars. Its a excellent quality high temp grease that appears very durable. I check my slide pins once a year during brake inspection and tire rotation and re-apply as needed.

I use this lubricant for applications that need to be high temperature tolerant, such as in forearms. It works great. Easy to dispense. Good thickness/viscosity. Lasts pretty well too.

Have been using this for the past few brake jobs I’ve completed and have had zero issues. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cost effective and quality option.

Good product but these pouches have almost no actual lubricant in them.
