I am 6’1 and 185 lbs. i am flat chested and quite muscular. what size would work for me? also i’m a dude.

So I actually bought this for my boyfriend to wear. He is 6'4 and a little over 200 and the Large that I bought fit fine. I had to add an extension on the bra to fit his back size.

How supportive is the top? i plan on dancing and bouncing around all night in this. i have about d size boobs. will this keep them in check?

They r not very good for dancing and jumping.. You will show too much if you did  So not much as supportive as you want them to be

No matter what size you get, parts of it will fit well and others will not. It's poorly made. But I'm usually a small and bought a small and the skirt fit fine, just a bit loose.

I am 6", 120 pounds, 34D, and about size 3 in jeans. The size small fit me perfectly. I see a small top fitting your bust but I recommend a size medium or above for the bottoms. They are stretchy but they are not super stretchy, especially with the attached plastic belt.
