Just what I needed !

Bought these to get my chia in during holiday travel on the road. The mix of chia and flax was a nice change. Easy to bring to a restaurant to add to oatmeal or yogurt.

I wanted an easy way to travel with seeds for my smoothie. This is perfect.

I love flex. and chia seeds ! Most days I use the seeds on cereals, salads or anything I like to eat, cottage cheese! It’s very healthy with the omega oils… ! Been eating it off and on for years and still love i!

I bought these to help increase my mommy-milk supply. It's helping do that, so if you are looking to try it for the same reason, I say go for it! However, note it DEFINITELY helps clean you out 🤣🤣 be prepared to be close to a potty...

I bought this to mix into yogurt so that I could be “healthier.” The texture turned out pretty icky and I gave most of the box away in the teacher’s lounge.
