5 stars. The biggest reason I like these is they don’t make my stomach feel weird. Some regular vitamins make me feel kinda nauseous, especially if I take them in the morning, but these have been totally fine for me. I’ve even taken them on an empty stomach and didn’t feel sick or uncomfortable, which is a huge plus. It’s just one a day too, so it’s easy to keep up with. Overall, really solid daily vitamin. Gentle on my stomach and easy to take — def would buy again.

Im only giving these four stars because I’ve only been taking them for three days and want to see how longer term usage goes, but I’m certain I’ll be giving them that 5th star. Three days in and the texture of my skin has already dramatically changed and the ridges in my nails have significantly decreased. I’m just astonished!
