This product is very good, especially for elderly people. It helps a lot by providing comfort and relaxation. It’s easy to use and can relieve muscle tension effectively. Highly recommended for daily use.

Such a nice way to keep warm while working from home. The pressure is good and the heating unit isn’t too hot. It fits both my feet perfectly and has a little room for adjustment. The settings are easy to use and I’ve already recommended it to a friend.

This is not a product I would recommend for everyone, but I do like it and it does work for me. Regarding some points made in the other reviews; Controller: Yeah, it's not a remote, but a wired controller. Not a huge fan of that, and I'm short enough that I can actually lay the controller in my lap. If you're taller than about 5'5", you're probably not going to be able to reach it without bending over. That being said, the buttons are large enough to press with the end of the cat teaser and have it work, so... Improvisation? Pressure: Compared to the snailax neck and shoulder massager (aka my best friend), this one is lower pressure. It's probably better for someone like me who bruises easily, but if you need high pressure this is not the one for you. Timer: Yes, like the other Snailax products I've used, this massager does turn off after 15 minutes. That's to prevent damage and overheating. And speaking of overheating... Warmth: I would not use this primarily as a footwarmer like other people in the reviews have intended due to the timer and the in-built overheating protection. It cannot get warm enough to warm your feet without risking damage to the components. I think the warmer works well enough for massage purposes, but like with pressure, your mileage may vary.

I was a little skeptical since the other foot massage devices I saw on Amazon were way more expensive. And the ones that were in this price range didn't have great reviews. But I saw the good reviews and the 30% off coupon and thought, "Why not" I'm so glad I did. I spend about 6 hours a day walking on weekdays. My weekends have gotten more active lately and although yoga helps soothe the rest of my body, I haven't found anything that resolves aching foot pain. It was so bad that I couldn't put pressure on my feet in the morning. I don't like the motorized foot spas - too messy. And I only tolerate foot massages from my husband so i decided to start with this. The heat is JUST enough to soothe and relax without burning and the actual massage is great. After about 15 minutes, I could stretch my feet again. My only complaint is that it shuts off after 15 minutes. I understand why, but it's like lazy binging on Netflix and it stops the show and asks if you're still watching and you've gotta move from your comfy spot and find the remote.

I bought this foot warmer and massager for my mom as a gift for her birthday. She loves it. My mom suffered from frost bite on both feet back in 1998, and she still deals with complications from that even today in 2023. She has extremely fragile and sensitive feet. I thought this would be a great gift to her for to go home too, as she still works full time everyday on her feet. I think I got it right. When she opened it, she was excited and wanted me to try it out as well after she did. It’s awesome. I love the way it warms your feet, ultimately enveloping your body in warmth as you relax and enjoy a movie or read a book. The massage feature is great too, and does a good job (I’d know because I’m ticklish) so I got a chuckle here and there haha. I’d recommend for someone you love, or even yourself when you need some extra TLC.

You know I was honestly thinking that this was going to be a reasonable product when I was buying it but when I came in the mail today that’s honestly not the case whatsoever at first when I put my feet in and I’m testing the product out the product felt very ticklish towards me because I’m not used to that but anyways still using it at the time I start to notice that it doesn’t really feel like it’s really doing anything where that it’s going to be at a quick fast rate but also offer a good heat sensation that my feet is healing you know what I mean but then even also towards putting it on my back again towards my feet it’s a very slow process but not a big process as towards it’s going to be doing more work again that’s what I expect from the product to do a little bit more work instead of for it to do less because I feel like I honestly just wasted my money do you know what I mean when I could’ve just gotten something different that maybe it would actually be a little bit more reliable than this so I just don’t understand how people are putting this to 4 1/2 stars it doesn’t make any sense to me whatsoever it really doesn’t but again if it was me I wouldn’t really use this towards someone who has back pain someone who has a feet pain again I’m 27 years old you know I have flat feet I have feet pain I’m literally wearing sketchers shoes literally so you could already tell where I’m coming from and also keep in mind I have back pain also so this product does not help whatsoever for that so do not get this product at all also keep in mind I forgot to mention let’s see if you sleep with this item in back of you and you have the thing massaging your back and you have the heat on Don’t leave the heat on because you know how you leave a frying pan on and you think that is turned off and you put your finger on there and it burns this is pretty much that type of situation it’s going to feel like that just thought you should know again don’t get the product

This machine works as promised; it's great! It item arrived on schedule and was easy to start using. There's a nice warm heat - not too strong - that soothes feet. The option for different directional massage is nice too. I use this under my home office desk; what a treat to have a cozy foot massage while working! Added bonus that it has a 2-year warranty, so that gives you peace of mind. Customer Service has been great to deal with for registering the warranty. I recommend this product.

I have peripheral neuropathy and my feet are permanently cold and painful at times. I have a foot warmer that you put a hot water bottle inside - but that is rather primitive and fiddly. I saw this and thought it was a better option. It is cheap, small, easily placed under my sofa, soft, and lifts my feet off the ground which is a good thing. It gets comfortably warm - but not too hot (just right for me). But, as my feet are so cold normally, it is probably hotter than I imagine. As the weather is warmer now - I only use it in the evening. But it enables my feet to stretch and warm up before bed - enabling me to get a better night's sleep. The massage is a bit weird at first - since it only massages the toe area or the heels - but not both. So you have to move your feet around a bit. It seems a bit rough at first - but I am getting used to it now. But anything that moves my feet and heats them up is good for me. I remember buying something like this many years ago. It was big, heavy, expensive and just as rough (if not more) .... and I sent it back. So I think this is a far better option for me. As I am typing this, I am just trying the back option for the first time on my lower spine (which causes me a lot of pain when I walk). The massage is much better than it was for my feet - so I am even more pleased. It is far better than the expensive one I bought years ago - that put me off Shiatsu massagers. Because of this I have now upped the stars to 5. As long as it doesn't pack up (as others have complained about) I am very happy to recommend it to others.
