This paper roll is essential when you are smoking meats in your smoker or on your grill. We smoke a lot of briskets and this paper helps it turn out juicy every time. When wrapping your brisket it’s easy some and can be done with our without assistance. The paper helps protect your meat from direct heat but helps retain moisture that your meat needs to be good. The color of the paper is average and doesn’t transfer to your food which helps for presentation. You get a lot of paper on the roll so you don’t run out soon. But I will be stocking up just to have a roll on deck. The paper wraps easy so it’s not a chore when you are smoking meats.

I bought this butcher paper to wrap gifts, and I’m seriously impressed! It’s very sturdy and thick, which makes it perfect for heavy or oddly shaped packages. I also tested it with acrylic paint and chalkboard paint. Both held up beautifully without bleeding or tearing. One tip if you’re using it for wrapping gifts: use packing tape instead of regular tape. The paper is thick enough that normal tape doesn’t stick well, but packing tape keeps everything neat and secure. The cutting edge was perfect to cut the paper. All in all, this butcher paper is tough, versatile, and perfect for creative projects or rustic-style gift wrapping!

I use the pink paper to get my brisket through the stall or to rest any of my meat. This stuff is awesome and holds up. I rested my brisket in 170° oven for 10 hours in this paper with no issues.

We have purchased this several times. Great for smoking meat in the smoker, we also use it to prep and freeze meat when we cut down larger cuts. Works well at preserving meat in the freezer and cooking meats. Cleans up easy and doesn't drip sauce.

there isn't a lot to say. it's pink butcher paper. it's thick and sturdy and a good value. I will say the cutting blade included is hard to use and the paper becomes difficult to tear out of the box.
