Surprisingly effective on my old floor!
This stuff is amazing! My floors were installed in 1942 and now they look great. Large gouges have to be sanded but everything else looks fantastic. Highly recommend this. Easy to use!

Impressive improvement in the appearance of older hardwood floors
Highlights Restored shine to worn-looking floors Filled in the appearance of minor surface wear Easy to apply Made the home show much better Great for rental property make-ready Functionality After thoroughly cleaning my rental's hardwood floors, I applied this restorer to refresh the finish before prospective tenant tours. The difference was noticeable. Floors that had become dull after years of normal wear regained a much richer shine and looked significantly fresher. It didn't make them look brand new, but it definitely improved their overall appearance and helped the home present much better during showings. Ease of Use Application was straightforward. Working in sections produced an even finish, and allowing adequate drying time resulted in a nice uniform appearance. Quality The restored finish looked natural rather than overly glossy. It enhanced the existing hardwood instead of making it look artificial. Value Replacing hardwood floors isn't practical between tenants, so products like this can be a cost-effective way to improve their appearance. I was pleased with the results.

Great shine and improvement, but requires a bit of patience
Iโve been using this wood floor restorer recently, and overall Iโm happy with the results. It definitely improves the look of the floor โ it adds a nice shine and helps minimize the appearance of small scratches, which made a noticeable difference in high-traffic areas. What I liked most is that it gives the floor a refreshed, cleaner look without needing a full refinishing. It also seems to add a light protective layer, which is a plus. That said, it does take a bit of time and care to apply evenly. If you donโt spread it well, you might notice some streaks or uneven spots, so I recommend taking your time during application. Also, deeper scratches wonโt completely disappear, but they do look less noticeable. Overall, itโs a solid option if you want to improve the appearance of your floors without a major project. Just be prepared to put in a little effort for the best results.

Works
Wash floor three times, let it dry, 3 plus coats and the floor looks newly varnished. If the floor is in really bad shape, it may take a few more coats. Iโve used it on several different floors, different places and itโs fantastic.

Very easy to use & gets the job done
I bought this because I didn't feel like sanding my floors in order to put a new coat of polyurethane on them. My floors are pretty worn so I was hoping this would work out. Price: About the same as a gallon of polyurethane which is okay. Could be a bit cheaper considering this is clearly not on normal polyurethane's level in terms of durability. Ease of use: Twist off cap, but needs a pour spout considering how liquidy it is (it is a bluish White glue like appearance.) Pouring directly from the bottle causes it to splatter everywhere. Dries clear in an hour it's good enough to walk on. After 2 hours you can apply another coat. I recommend two to three coats as if it's normal polyurethane especially since this product is so thin. Features: It hides some surface level scratches, but if you look at it at a certain angle you can still see the scratches. Deeper scratches require more coats. With big gaps or holes you should really use wood filler then stain it to the same color as the wood, then sand it before applying this. My floorboards in the hallway had small gaps because the filler in between was missing and this product failed to fill those gaps mainly due to it's water like consistency. Durability: After each coat I walked around on it and didn't leave any marks or anything as I walked. I noticed that even though my shoes were dirty they weren't leaving noticeable dirtprints on the floor which is nice. I haven't moved furniture around on it yet as I'm giving it a few extra days to dry before doing anything big. As stated earlier it's watery & applies thin so I doubt it'll stand up to any heavy duty use or heavy furniture moving across it. Overall: While it's rated to last a few years I doubt it can take that much of a beating. It's very easy to use & cheap, but I'd consider this as nothing more than a way to pretty up the floors before you sell a house. If possible lightly sand your floors then use normal polyurethane for a more durable solution.

No complaints here
I recently found out I had hard wood floors under my carpet... these floors were every bit of seventy years old. I just did a 4x4 ft test run on it and i'm definitely impressed . Gave the wood a natural glow and a beautiful satin finish.. and so easy to do.... there's three other rooms that have the same flooring that will def be getting the same treatment.

As advertised
We put this on a very worn & scratched 110 year old fir kitchen floor. Sanding & refinishing wasn't an option as it is paper thin. You can still see the imperfections, but far less obvious. Now it looks like a characterful floor that is really clean & maintained. I would recommend using it before you get too much damage, the sooner you do it, the better your results.
