Brilliant bag! Looks very aesthetically pleasing and is durable! The big flap at the front makes the zip part even more water resilient and it has more pockets than I hoped for! Secure fastenings, seems really well made and fits a lot in it! Also the adjusting straps stay secure no easing them from ware so overall a brilliant bag and feel nice to touch to! Was a bit sceptical about the cherry/bauble attachment as in my experience they are the first to disintegrate but this bag has been through hell and back and the baubles still going strong! Also I’ve machine washed it at 30 degrees and it still holds shape looks just as new!

Brought this for our 9 year old that wanted a more grown up bag. We was very pleased with this bag and how cute it was. It's durable and fits everything she needs in. It comes with the pom pom and a little lace up. It's just right for not looking to grown up, but not wanting to have a smiggle bag.

Lovely looking bag bought for a family member who loved it. Very useful pockets espeashaly the one on the very top of the bag when its closed good for bus tickets and change. Dont have to rumige around opening the bag or searching through coat pockets so a very useful pocket. Gave 3 stars for durability and sturdyness becouse the pom poms fell off straight away without even useing the bag so, not sure if anything els will fall apart, so far still a nice bag and the zips seem to be very strong with good grip pulls on the zip. I put 4 stars for comfort as it sits a bit strange on the back though that could be size of person though, they not very small age 13 to 14 in clothes. I hope it is going to be ok as it is lovely looking and they love it.

Bought this for my granddaughter starting high school. It's perfect and she loves it. Plenty of room, so far, for PE kit, including trainers, pencil case and books. It looks fab and the straps are wide and well padded, so comfortable to use. Highly recommend.

Bought this for my daughter to use at high school, as her last bag broke after 2 days. So far, this one seems to be taking the weight of her books, pencil cases water bottle, calculator etc. Before taking it to school, I sewed the bow so it wouldn't come undone, after reading other reviews. I'm glad I did, as there are a few other girls at her school with the same bag with missing ribbon, as immature boys think it's funny to pull it! Not sure how long it will last, but got to be worth a go! A popular bag, worth the money!!

I really like it , it’s super cute and looks just like the picture , it didn’t have any smell for me and also it’s very waterproof it’s perfect for school. The only downside is that the bow undone itself sometimes but you can always stitch it or glue it ^-^

My daughter chose this bag and loves it. She loves the number of pockets, the feel, the look, everything. I like the size. It's a good size. It will fit everything she needs. If she's happy I certainly can't complain.
