Has anyone tried using a spray top for this bottle to spray it directly into the throat?

We do not recommend spraying this directly onto the throat, but instead to drink it orally in a small amount of liquid. Please can someone explain, are we supposed to drink this or what. It days 4 to 8 pumps what are pumps?

Depends on the bottle you choose; there can be a dropper, a pump, or just the liquid as in the picture shown here (4 oz) which can be used to refill either. The directions will be appropriate for each bottle.
