B&B Owner Proclaims This “The BEST Omelette Pan EVER!”
Owning a “real” B&B (not an Airbnb where food is not served) for 26 years has presented a number of challenges, as one might imagine. Finding an omelette pan that meets all my demanding requirements has been one of them. I’ve been through many and many have failed — or, at best, earned a C+. This, gang, is the real deal. Not the cheapest skillet hanging from the pot rack, by any means, this one is worth the money. The rivets are recessed, making flipping the omelette a walk in the sunshine! The weight . . . Well, I could write a volume about the flimsy weights of others, but this one actually has a base that weighs more than the handle!! Woohoo! That keeps the pan stable on the cooktop and not wobbling back and forth until I can weigh it down with ingredients. And, everything — really, EVERYTHING — slides out like it’s been doused with oil. But not. Truly nonstick. Last, it’s suitable for induction heat, which all we gas cooktop lovers may have to end up with eventually. Use plastic or wood and NO DISHWASHER — no matter what the manufacturer says! Trust me on this one! Enjoy!

Buy buy buy now!
Wow what a great pan. Use on low heat ceramic cooktop and fry bacon. Heavy pan. I will consider buying more cookware from this line. Can place in dishwsdher but i always handwash nonstick. I just receivrd the 12 piece set of cookware on 2/15/26. Do not wait to order this set. Best pans i have ever purchased including my very expensive all clad.

Excellent pans, well worth the investment!
These pans are amazing! First off, these pans are well worth the money. I was skeptical when the description of these pans said that no oil was required when cooking. But they definitely measured up! So far, nothing that I’ve cooked on these pans has stuck to the surface. They are very durable, and easy to clean. These pans are wide as well as deep, so I have plenty of room for ingredients. I can see these pans being used for a long time. I enjoy cooking, and having the proper cookware makes the experience more enjoyable. I’m looking forward to cooking with these pans!

NIce, heavy skillet. Looks durable. Nonstick surface perfect so far, the flush rivets concern me
It looks like a quality skillet should look. I have to give it a 5 for it's nice weight, even heating and nonstick coating but I'm concerned about the 'flush rivets'. They look like they could trap food or that the coating may peel off of them. Don't know they will but that's my concern. That said, there's nothing better than a heavy, well coated skillet for scrambled eggs.

Pan is heavy
This pan does not slide off the burner. It is good for busy kitchens. It cooks evenly.

Researched many cookware sets and happily decided on these
Great value. I researched many cookware sets before deciding on this line. The pots are heavy-duty, the rivets are flush inside the pan, the lids are high-quality, the heat distribution is fantastic, the stick-free coating works perfectly, and cleaning is a breeze. Best cookware purchase ever! Also, I actually LIKE THAT THE LIDS DO NOT HAVE HOLES. This allows me to control whether or not I want heat/steam to escape. Any lid prop works just as well as a hole. Also, I love that the handles do not seem to hold heat......I can usually use the handles w/o needing a pot holder or heat glove to protect me when using the cookware on the stovetop.

Wok for life
This is really a nice wok. Thick, have a good weight to it. This is a whole lot better than my old one (also anolon) whom I have been using for more than 10 years. This is a heavy wok which I like. I like the 2 handle on the side. Safe and easy to lift than just one handle. Do not torture your cookware if you want to make it last. Do not use any type of kitchen cleaner..,just warm soap and water. Do not set your heat way too high because this is not like an iron steel wok which they use in restaurant kitchen. If after many years, your anolon cookware starts to wear off (coating) just ask apply for a warrantee. Anolon will honor your request for as long as the damage qualify for their warrantee....they will replace it for free. I've done it with several of my anolon cookware. The brand is truly one of the best when it comes to cookware, very reliable and will last for many years for as long as you take care of it. I never put mine in the dishwasher. I washed mine by hand all the time.

Induction junk!
DON'T BY IF YOU HAVE AN INDUCTION STOVE The are sold as high-quality, durable, induction-compatible cookware with great warranty. However, within a short period of ownership, the induction plates have begun to detach from not just one, but every single piece of cookware I purchased. The core promise of Anolon's "induction-ready" product line has been proven to be a catastrophic failure. This isn't the result of misuse or accident; it is a fundamental flaw in the manufacturing process that renders the entire set useless for its intended purpose. To make matters worse, this catastrophic product failure occurred while the cookware was still well within its warranty period. I contacted Anolon with a clear request for a refund, expecting a reputable company to stand by its product. Instead, I was met with radio silence. My requests for resolution have been repeatedly ignored, and the company has shown a complete lack of concern for its customers or the quality of its own merchandise. Anolon is selling a product that is not fit for purpose and then actively shirking its responsibility when the product inevitably fails. Their cookware is an expensive paperweight, and their customer support is a ghost town. If you plan to use these for induction stoves, save your money and your sanity. Do not buy Anolon. The "warranty" is meaningless, and the quality is nonexistent. This is not just a disappointment; it is a deception.

This wok is amazing. The heat spread is good, and I've cooked 10 or so meals in it now, and never had to do anything other than pass a wet rag over the surface of the wok to clean it. The one and only downside is that it is a very large wok. If you're cooking for 4+ people thats not a problem. If your cooking for 1-2 people, its a bit overkill. The handles do get hot to the touch during cooking, so you can't just pick the wok up and empty the contents into a bowl like you could with a smaller wok. That may or may not matter to you.

What I like about this pan is that it has high walls so food doesn't fall out, the non-stick works wonderfully. The handle is comfortable in the hand and is not rubberized so no question or doubt about using it in a hot oven. I've own Anolon Advanced before this product and it was also good but this pan (Accolade) is a newer version. 12 " pan is a sweet size, not too big, not too small. The glass lid comes in handy, a lot of non-stick skillets dont have a glass lid. The only negative thing I would have to say is that it is a bit heavy, especially when loaded up with food, which can be an annoyance for some people who have weak wrists/hands ie. elderly folks . I suspect this pan like Anolon's Advanced series will last a long time, these are quality durable pans but that relates to their cost.

I have only used them for a few weeks but love them so far. They cook and clean well.

They work fantastically well, very nonstick and good price.
