How long do i leave in my hair before washing

The way that I use this is to pump 2 or 3 times (I have long hair) and work throughout my hair. Wrap up in a t shirt and use my hairdryer to warm things up. You can leave in as long as you want. Sometimes it's 15 minutes and sometimes it's an hour. Just depends on how much time I have.

I’m a little confused how i’ll be using this? i’m buying this for hair regrowth. should i pour a little in the shampoo bottle and use it everyday?

Do not wash your hair every day. Natural oils also help with regrowth. Put maybe a pump or two depending on how much hair how you have and massage it into your scalp and on your ends to repair your ends, even if they’re not damaged it helps to keep them healthy. Keep it on for 15-30 minutes and then wash your hair. Remember that you also need a good, repairing shampoo and conditioner or else this treatment won’t work. I recommend you look into the brand Truss. Wonderful products. I’ve only been using them a week and they work great. Use this combination and I guarantee you’ll see results. Hope this helps :) P.S. Does it really darken hair?

When your hair is frizzy, it reflects more light. When you oil it down it can look darker, same way it looks darker when it's wet.

Why does the bottle say external use only when many people take Castor oil internally? Is it mixed with something else?

I'm guessing it could be due to whether the facility that produces the oil follows the requirements to be considered food grade or not
