Can 3 MaxxFan Deluxe units with remotes be operated in an RV without interference with each other?

The remotes are NOT keyed to an individual fan. But, they do use a somewhat directional one-way IR light beam to send commands to the roof-top fan, so if you have them in different rooms, no problem. If in the same room, use your body or hand to block the remote from the undesired unit. I have three of these, in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom, and can use the same remote if necessary. Some extra button pushing might be necessary to accomplish the desired operation as the remote doesn't know the current state of the fan.

Does this fan have a california prop. 65 warning? if so, do you know why?

I am not from California and I don't know if it has a prop 65 or not. I do like the fan.

does it come with light inside?

It does not come with light. Just a fan.

Has anyone installed the maxxair rv vent fan in an airstream?

I work for an Airstream dealer and we install these all the time as replacements for the factory standard Fantastic brand fans. Just check to make sure you have enough room for the extended lip; some of the smaller trailers don't have room between the fan and the air conditioner housing.
