How long is this cable?

I haven't measured it, as I just installed it on the roof of my facility, but my guess would be 50-75 feet.

how do you order a replacement hydraulic jack?

Was provided a replacement pump under warranty, complaint submitted through Amazon. Don't know how to order replacement parts after the warrant expires.

How tall is the base with the boom and winch section removed?

Real close to 40.25", the base slips inside the the boom/winch section so there is only maybe a half inch difference.
