NO ,I wouldn't think anything would achieve that .

Does this work well on school shirt collars? Or is there any other product that will work better?

Have you tried just rubbing with neat biological detergent? Alternatively I’ve found HG Extra strong Spots & Stains remover (from Amazon) removes most stains

Does it get rid of grease stains, specifically on satin?

It definitely works on grease stains, but i've never tried it on satin
