This is the only product I will use on my new flooring. It’s pH neutral, has a pleasant odor and really cleans. When I put my new flooring in, it recommended a pH neutral cleaner. Zep has been the brand that I tried. I will never get anything else. Definitely recommended for the flooring. I use this on my laminate flooring, my vinyl flooring and my hardwood flooring. I don’t get streaks. I don’t get a dull Sheen, and I love how it cleans my hardwood.

I purchased this cleaner for my terrazzo floors, and it works really well. It leaves my floors streak-free and feeling clean without any residue. You only need a small amount each time, so a little goes a long way. I can see this bottle lasting me for years. Very happy with this purchase!

We had our entire house done in vinyl wood flooring after pulling carpet out of every room. I tried everything for cleaning that didn’t make them streaky. Reddit suggested this product and I don’t think I would ever even try anything else. There’s no smell, no residue, and my floors look like they were just installed. It cleans fantastic too. I used to have to scrub mud a couple times and this just lifts it right up! And it drys fast which is fantastic as I have kids, animals, and a husband!

I love ZEP products, so I had expectations. I had a mess I wanted to scrub from a kitchen floor (not mine, lol) that was overdue. I wanted more than PineSol, but I also didn't really need to order a whole gallon that I have nowhere to store (but I made room). At the end of the day, this 100% satisfied my need. While not overly fragrant, it effectively cleaned the floor. This time moderate scrubbing was involved but in future endeavors, the effort should be less and the end result was odorless, commendable, and much more acceptable in appearance.

The price for a gallon of concentrate was really good. First time user for a new porcelain tile in bathroom so researched what to use. This was easy and about an ounce per gallon and mopped and wiped the walls. The scent wasn’t overpowering and cleaning was decent. Overall pleased and would purchase again

I have a robotic mop/vac and I used a variety of cleaners in it. Although I know the floor was getting clean, it would leave streaks, so it always looked dirty to me. After researching this product, I bought a gallon of it, and it does make a significant difference in the streaks. I hardly see any at all and it leaves a subtle clean scent, not overpowering. I will be using this product from now on and will buy more when this first gallon runs out.

I used this on my LVP flooring. It left my floors clean without any residue or stickiness. It’s a very large bottle and will last a long time as only a couple drops is needed.

This works really good in my bissel crosswave. I just can’t afford their cleaner any more. I use it on my hard floors and my area rugs. They look even better than with the Bissel Crosswave cleaners. Doesn’t seem to leave a residue on my floors like the other did. And it takes just a little bit. This gallln will last for a very long time. It is also low sudsing.

This is PH balanced so it doesn't add oil to your floor which absorbs dirt in grout.

I like this product. It cleans LVP well and smells good. What it doesn't do is shine. But I doubt LVP has any shine to begin with, so not the product's fault. Also, the seller was great.
