Great quality and works as expected but little expensive.

I was so scared because after receiving this I went to see the reviews to see if I could warm the wax on the microwave and came across a terrible review about being the most painful waxing experience ever after 12 years waxing. And I am the same, have been waxing for 12 years, I always used sally with the strips and always irritate my skin. When I go to professionals and they use the hard wax is always the best, but too expensive. This hard wax the blue one, was just amazing, of course it took me 4X the time doing it myself but the pain was so much better than with the strips, I am really happy just did my wax at home and it worked very good.

I'm a wax newbie so take my opinion for what it's worth. I use a small $10 slow cooker from a big box store for this and it works. Just check it to make sure it's not too hot before you slather it on (which for me it never is burn worthy but ya never know). I also use "popsicle sticks" - the big ones that you can find cheap at a craft store. That said, it will remove 90-95% of course, thick hair in one pull in the "sensitive areas" (omg, ouch). I find with some practice I can get it close to 100% but it depends on the temperature of the wax when applied and the temperature when pulled. It's a trial and error. I apply it pretty warm almost hot, and then I don't let it get completely dry because it's harder for me to pull off for some reason. I pull it when it's still a tiny bit warm. I've bought this three times so far.

Great for nose hairs

not good at all. i got this because it said it removes thick hair and bc it said its "thin" and "firm" but it is not. it did pull thick hairs pretty good but it does not work for areas like the legs where my hair wasnt thick. what was worse though, was the quality of the wax even with proper steps before-hand it kept breaking into smaller pieces that i would have to rub away because there was no way of pulling it. this led to it being even more complicated and painful throughout the entire experience even though it did remove thick hairs it would break and not pull fully. i would not recommend

This is a hard wax for coarse hair! No strip needed. I see a lot of reviews saying the strip didn’t stick, well that’s because it’s a hard wax not soft. If you haven’t been properly taught how to wax please do not wax yourself or others you can really damage someone’s skin. I used this wax as soon as I got it to test it out. Me personally, I don’t think it’s a good wax for hair on your face seems not to stick to fine hair well. Waxed my bikini area, perfect wax for this! Snatched all the hair with little pain. Will continue to buy for use on thicker hair. I gave 4 stars because once the wax is laid and you lift the stick it’s always stringing, not sure how to rid that.

This wax have a nice grip, takes off almost all hair at once, and I don't have irritate skin after using it.

Great product - very easy to use.

This wax is great for bikini line waxing and is very easy to use (you need to make sure you have it at the right temperature) and cleaning off the left over wax bits on your skin is easy with some oil. I also bought the soft wax from the same brand and they are amazing too. The key to the soft wax is to use a thin layer. I see some reviews saying it's too sticky or messy but it is wax and that's pretty normal. Learning how to use it is key

I used this for my underarms, one application takes all the hairs off but only a few strays which can be taken off by tweezers easily. overall great product that leaves my underarms feeling smooth! great for tough hair.

EDIT: THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BUYING WAX AND WAXING MYSELF AND I DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM. With that out of the way, IT'S WAX, OBVIOUSLY IT CAN GET MESSY. SO I ADVISE YOU TO WATCH "HARD WAX" WAXING VIDEOS if youre a first timer as well. I saw a couple of comments rating this wax badly because "it was messy" or "hard to deal with". - Wow! Forget going to the waxing place. I regret I didn't buy this sooner, its been on my cart for so long! Used it to wax my facial hair because I'm tired of shaving every other day. Easy to use and to remove! Highly recommended!

As someone suffering with hirsutism due to pcos, it's very frustrating having to pluck or shave everyday. This wax is amazing for stubborn course facial hair and pulls most of them out from the root, and i only have to pluck a few stubborn hairs, and this lasts me a couple days. The hair grows back less course so I'm satisfied. Definitely the best wax I've used so far! I also do have sensitive skin and i dont get irritated so i highly recommend for pcos girlies 💁‍♀️
