Can this be used to measure liquid flow through a pipe?

I'm not sure just how waterproof these are. I mainly used them for measuring wind speed and thus any water that gets on them is temporary so I haven't had any issues. I'm not sure of their functionality when being exposed to water on a consistent basis.
