My hair got worse and very tangled. I haven’t seen better color. I don’t recommend it.

Mmmm, no. Not if you have natural white highlights
I was hoping for something that would not turned my hair lilac. Thr product is purple, not much different than the other yellow neutralizing shampoos or masks.
