Cases and Materials on Contracts (University Casebook Series)

My book was supposed to be “very good” condition and there was so much highlighting you could hardly read some cases. Almost every line of every case was highlighted and often there would be up to five different colors on one page. I had to order a different one. That being said the binding and cover were in good shape.

Eclectic mix

Pricey, but putting it to great use this and next semester. Arrived on time and in great condition.

This book is so hard to read compared to other casebooks because it's riddled with errors like repeated paragraphs, missing words, and poorly cited material. On top of that, the parts that aren't from other sources are such poor prose, I wonder if anyone even looked at the book before sending it off to print. This seriously could have benefitted from a copy editor.
