Don't B Deficient
Bought here for the value compared to stores near me. As so many are, I am B12 deficient. I'm not big on supplements, but B12 is important in so many ways. Nature Made makes decent products for the money.

Great product. Helps with energy. Just a side note…this is a tablet not a gel capsule. Still works great, just a little bigger and might be a problem if you struggle swallowing tablets.
