Love this product. Easy to install, I had no problem replacing the old cooler faucets (which were broken) with this ones. They don't leak, and they are more gentle than the original ones when dispensing water. Highly recommend this product.

The handle on my cold water faucet was broken, naturally, I used the blue one to replace the broken one. I ended up with an upside-down faucet, meaning that the mouth where water comes out is pointing upwards. so, I tried a different positions as starting point to turn in the faucet and always ended up the same position. So, I thought that that maybe the thread was created incorrectly, it happens. Next, I tried the one with white cap. And this time, my faucet ended up side ways. Two down, one more to go, and the red one fits nice and tight pointing where it should be, downward position. Good thing that the handled can be switched out, so, cold water is still coming out of the blue color faucet. But, if this is the norms of the company's QA/QC process, it is quite a disappointment in my book.
