i've tried other three other brands and this is first one that really works it immediately stopped the leaks . it really works! it' has a different rubbery white texture that sealed a thirty five year old roof with a major league leak.i wholeheartedly endorse this product. goes on easy. price is the same as the others. don't bother with discount products. they are runny and fat don't work. you will use twice as much. i would have paid twice as much for thisproduct1

seems to peel off easily .....
I used this to seal up an old set of speakers-the cabinet- for use outside. I do not plan on leaving them outdoors all the time but wanted to keep the dew from eating the speaker boxes. I cleaned them well enough. But after spraying a few coats-following directions- it dried and seems to peal up kinda like latex caulk might.Most of it will do it's intended job but it makes me wonder about using it on roof type places. Will it end up peeling up after a season or two on a roof joint? Not sure.

how do they getaway with selling this junk?
Easily the WORST item I have ever bought, here or anywhere. Doesn't work to seal anything, no matter how much you shake... still watery and doesn't spray like a thick layer but rather as a droopy, sloppy, goopy mess that drips all over the ground when I tried to spray under my cracked and leaky gutters. Got all over my pavement and hands and fingers falling and dripping back down, took me 30 minutes to scrub out everything, and left some marks on my pavement, just an awful product, pure 1000% scam AND they dont accept returns. This is US white collar crookery at its peak, PERIOD.
