This stuff is just too fun. It actually makes a lot of snow, I think it filled up a shoebox for us. You fill the whit cap with the power, then pour it into the plastic dish it comes with and a bunch of snow grows out of that dish. You repeat this a bunch of times. Which is nice because you can choose to make a bunch at once or just a little depending on your situation. We made a small amount then about half an hour later made the rest. My kids wound up throwing it all over each other on the trampoline and scooping it up on the mesh floor of it. If they had been outside I think it would have quickly dissipate on the grass and I would NOT want to do it inside. So the trampoline wound up being the perfect place, or on a table table outside also. You could do it inside but I think it would be too messy. I filled up the shoe box and gave it to them and they played for nearly an hour doing what I am not sure!

I got this last year for my kids at that time ages 3 & 7, both boys. This stuff is awesome! We waited until after it rained and went into the alley and poured just a tiny bit into puddles which then expanded a ton. We were all amazed at how little it took to produce a large amount of fluff. Do watch the little ones with it though...my 3 year old didn't know how to control the flow very well and ended up pouring over 1/2 of the tube into a puddle at once so we ran out faster than I had hoped for. I think it was worth the money and it was a good, fun time spent with my kids.

My kids (8 & 5) loved this. You put a little water in the container, add some powder, and watch them as they stare fascinated as it expands into "snow." There interest was only held for a few times. After that, they only wanted to get it out when friends came over. I would have given it 5 stars if it was actually usable once it turns into "snow." I wish there was a way for it to stick together and be moldable. Unfortunately, after it's don't growing, we just threw it away.

This was the perfect stocking stuff for for my grandchildren. We made two bottles of this snow and I was in Las Vegas and the snow lasted the entire week I was there and still remained cold and my grandbabies absolutely had a blast playing with it as well as the adults. If I could give any advice do it where you don't mind making a mess because it's fake snow and it doesn't melt and it gets everywhere!! Lol oh so if you try to use a wet cloth it becomes this gel like substance and it's impossible to clean up so use a dry cloth in a vacuum. But don't let a little mess stop u! Def worth it.

Fun for some fake snow. We had some of this in a glass container and the container broke sometime during last christmas and this christmas. This "realist" type snow is made by adding water to these flakes and they absorb the water and swell into small balls. If you keep it cool it really does look and feel like snow. We keep ours in a mason type jar with a lid out on the counter and put it out every year. We had our last snow 2 years just with a lid on it to keep it from spilling out. The jar doesn't need to be air tight as this really didn't dry out and if it does you just add a little water.

I liked it more than my son. We only did a couple of cap-fulls. It doesn't feel anything like snow, and it really stuck to his hands (not sticky, per se, but slimed on there). It was interesting, and maybe if there were a few kids playing together it would have been more fun. He thought he would be able to pack it to make a snow man or sculpture, but it doesn't really hold any shape. Cool, but not that cool.

Glad I got this, my 5 year old son absolutely loved it. It works within seconds of hitting the water and begins cascading over the sides of the container. I was able to restore it to its original state by evaporating the used snow on a radiator in just under 2 hours.

The current picture does not match the description. When I ordered this 2 days ago, the item pictured was in a jar and the description listed that it made 2 gallons of ‘snow’. I received a test tube that makes 1 quart. They have updated the photo but the description still says 2 gallons. I expect more from an Amazon Prime product. Very disappointed.

Very cool product! You can put the snow in the freezer to get cold snow, too! My 5 year old son loved making snow.

My daughter used this for slime and it did not grow as it says. Don't recommend. It was really gross.

Bought these for my son's science party. Such a wonderful and fun kid activity that my kids never tire of.
