I love my meditation pillow. After weeks of looking around and reading reviews-falling in love with another item, only to read the bad reviews I was losing hope of finding the right meditation pillow. I’ve had severe spine pain all my life, and in bad days my neck pain starts up as well. My posture is horrible-and me knees cannot take sitting for long durations. So finding the right one, and large enough was very difficult. The reviews were amazing and felt so real and honest, I had to try it out. My wife saw this on Amazon, and I just knew this one was the one for me. I’m hoping to improve my meditations while causing minimal pain to my body. Thank you so much for a wonderful product. Great size, a heavy duty cover, and no hard or soft spots that I could find. Compresses to about 1/2 inch with no sponginess like the yoga mat this will replace. I'm glad I chose the cotton batting over buckwheat, as I can never find that just right position on my buckwheat cushion, it's like sitting on a pine cone. I can't imagine kneeling on buckwheat would be any better. The price is a bit steep, the the quality is worth it.

What a delightful meditation cushion! The item was packed with care, and even included a helpful guide for meditation AND an adorable sticker. The fact that it can be folded in half for extra cushioning, (as it is in the attached photo) has a removable/washable cover and is made from high quality cotton make this a truly wonderful zabuton!

So this is a quality item, and a removable cover is always great. However, I wasn't expecting the padding to be as this as it is - about 2" with no weight on it. I noticed a review who said this was the same type of mad they experienced at a Zen monastery. I'm sure it is these days, with manufacturers saving costs. All I can say is, my monastery had pads around 3" thick, more solidly filled so they did not compress much with weight, and I had a similar one until now. This product will work for me, but I definitely miss my thicker, sturdier pad and will shop for another. I also imagine that will currently cost twice as much, assuming I can find one, so that's a factor to keep in mind.

Love my meditation mat. It is perfect for use with my bench...it provides the much needed comfort for my knees and allows me to stay kneeling far longer than when I was just on the carpeted floor. I have had it for many weeks now (maybe months) and it is like new ... even with a few cats thinking it is also a cat bed.

I’m just getting into meditation and needed a place to hone my practice. I did a lot of research and Mindful and Modern seemed perfect for me. I’m a little bigger and having the wider cushion was key for me, and having the zabuton to complete the set was even better. As soon as I sat down I immediately knew my practice was going to improve for the better, which makes me want to meditate even more! I really don’t think you can go wrong with the set! I’m so happy with it

This Zabuton is the real deal. Very similar to the one I sat on while training in a Zen monastery. It’s cushy and comfy. The added feature of having a removable cover will make cleaning it a breeze.

I rarely write reviews but this is a really great product. I bought it along with their round cushion and the two together are extremely comfortable. Perfect size to keep ankles on the soft mat but not so big to overwhelm a room. They look great in the corner of my room, fabric is sturdy. Hope the company does well!
