Kanjo Acupressure Mat Set

This product is truly amazing! I have noticed a huge difference after the purchase of this product! I use it every night & my back feels amazing! It hurts a little to lay on at first, but it “hurts so good!” Then, it doesn’t hurt! I have fallen asleep on it bare backed often!

This product can be somewhat painful to use at first. If you are able to tolerate this discomfort you will love the results of pain relief and calming it offers after about 5+ min of use. The sensation I experience is a mild throbbing warmth that helps relax the superficial muscles and provides almost a body high. 10/10 recommend!

I was uncertain of the effectiveness but I was hooked after my first two weeks of use. While laying on it, I entered an unexpected level of relaxation while experiencing some relief for my lower back pain (my pain is very mild so I cannot speak to if it helps with more chronic levels of pain). Overall, I’d say it’s good quality for its price.

i wouldn’t call this cheap but paying a bit more for this was totally worth it. The rose-shaped plastic acupressure points well distributed over a memory foam pad are prickly yes but comfortable to lie on, giving you the relief you need. The headrest i don’t use much but good to have in case you want that arched surface for extra back, neck and butt/back thigh relief. The more you use it, the more you’ll get used to the prickliness and the better you’ll feel. i also like to place my palms over them, adjusting the pressure with my bum or pressing them on the arched pillow, which feels so good and relaxing too. Thankfully, it’s don’t have to rely on this as much as i used to (it’s done it’s job) but i’m glad i have it as i can always use it when i need it. This product is well made so i think it will last a lifetime and more. If you suffer from chronic back pain and/or stiffness from stress and wish to alleviate your pain by taking better care of yourself, this product will be a blessing for you.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my best friend and she loves it! She said it takes some getting used to. But has relieved some pressure temporarily for her. Since she will be having the baby from home. She will use as a distraction during labor pains! LOL. Great gift for someone as a last minute item. Never know, they may really need it!

My husband could not tolerate the sharp edges long enough to get any benefit from this product, as much as we wanted it to work! Extremely uncomfortable! They do warn you that it can be uncomfortable, but we didn't expect it to be that bad. Returned this item.

I like it a lot, it really does feel like a strange mixture of discomfort and relaxation, I notice my muscles are relaxed after and I feel sleepy. I would recommend it, works for me

i was scared it would be too sharp, which it is to a degree, but it won’t cut you or anything of that matter. i started off with a shirt on but it didn’t do much affect so i’ve been going bareback on it. whether it actually hurts or it feels like a good pain depends on your pain tolerance. my partner and i have taken naps on the mat and though i just got it, i feel it has slightly made a difference in my body.

I bough this to get relief from nerve pinch in the back m, initially you’ll experience pain. But sustain that for Atleast 5-10 minutes after that continue as long you can, you’ll experience great relief. Try with bare back for best results. Without any T-shirt or shirt. First time try with something. But later once you become comfortable try without any shirt or t-shirt.
