Are these the 4oz or 1oz bars?

I pulled the whole package off the shelf and put it on My brand new scale. They don't weigh 1oz or 4oz. each bar weighs between 5.5 and 5.6 oz. FYI the gross weight of the package is over 36 OZ. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I've used a bit of four of them and they work like they should. Good deal. Good luck

Can any of these be used to safely polish brass?

sure like any polish they ARE abrasives. some more than others. test first you should find one that does the job
