This is an updated review: Plaque arrives on time in great quality but the packaging was not the same that was in the video. I did ask the seller why I didn't receive the same packaging and was told because I ordered more than one plaque it is packaged differently but will send the "excellence award" box. Seller sent the award box and our presentation was amazing. Thank you for your partnership, we will be sending more business your way.
