Does this work to rid the body of tapeworms?

I saw one and that made me order some. Saw many pin worms at times and possibly a fluke or two. I did not see another tapeworm. It may be that it just wasn't visible.

I'm sure all... it has walnuts and pumkin seeds and those 2 nuts kill mostly all parasites...
