Is this the 51t max cog version?

Mine worked fine with the 51t cassette.

Will this work with a Sram Eagle 12-speed cassette?

Yes. I have used mine with a SRAM 12 speed cassette for the past 1.5 years. Works very well.

Work for 2022 poligon sisuk T8?

I have a 2021 but I don’t think there are any differences. That said, yes, it did work for me. I also had a bent hanger, so I had to address that as well.

The clutch is the worst part. It requires service about once a month. If you bought this already, and if you see your chain go slack on a ride, turn off the clutch, and it works as a non-clutch derailleur. Good enough to limp home, but you will suffer chain slaps and maybe chain drops.
