I’m 5’10 , size 36 & a large in regular shirts what size would you guys recommend

The pants run large and the jacket runs small. I bought an extra large for my 5'11'' size 38 husband and the jacket was too small and I had to hem and take in the pants.

I'm 6'1, 220lb and I ordered the XL. The jacket and fit well. Pants were very long. I had to cut them a bit but it is a 70s bell bottom costume so it didn't look too crazy. The costume was a hit at the disco party! Have fun

5'7" and 170 lbs. will a medium fit?

I'm not sure. My husband is 6'0" and 200 lbs. The large just fit with no extra room. I would recommend the large. It's also very thin material.
