My kids take 2 a day and went from going every couple a days to using the bathroom daily. This results in smaller softer BMs. Kids dont mind the taste and the price is decent. Recommend.

Llegaron hechadas a perder. Olían muy fuertes las gomitas y tenían sabor a jabón industrial. Mi hijo se la tragó y estaba preocupada que le diera alguna reacción. No recomiendo que las compren por amazon.
