Both my husband and I use this product. It keeps the area we have problems with dry and stops the itch. We only use it when we have a problem.

Best diaper cream we found for our sensitive skinned baby. A little goes a long way and soothed her diaper rash right away.

For my sensitive skinned baby this works wonders. Clears redness in a matter of a few hours. Thick paste that is easy to apply and non greasy. No smell or odor. Doesn't stain.

Review Calibration: A 3-star review means the product met all expectations, the advertising statements, and the stated specifications. To get additional stars means the product performed better than similar products I have tried, exceeded expectations, was easier to use, exceeded the specifications, etc. To get fewer stars is obvious. This product is very thick and viscous, almost like a paste. To spread it easily, it needs to sit on the skin for a couple of minutes to heat up. This stuff works well when there are sores on the legs and protection during healing is needed. My Mom uses it under her compression hose and leg wraps. This is not her favorite cream because of the spreading issue, but if she ever gets a sore or the legs get tender, this is what she grabs.

I have tried several products trying to clear up and hopefully prevent irritation in “certain “ areas. This paste has done both for me! I use it after each shower and have not suffered from a rash or inflammation or itch or irritation since I started using it! I am so thrilled to have found something that works well. I’m grateful to everyone before me who took time to write a review- they helped me a lot! It’s important to know that a little goes a long way.

This product is waterproof so use medical gloves when applying. It has saved me from a potentially very painful full blown bed sore. It works as it should for me. Highly recommend!

Great for skin breakdown. Such as decubitus. Recommended by Home Health.

Baby has chronic diaper rash. We use Ihles paste at home and had trouble finding a squeezable tube for the diaper bag. This one works best! Squeeze a line down the down, don't even need to use your fingers, spread with the diaper and close it up. We've tried 6 other brands (like aquaphor and desitin) and even putting the Ihles paste into a reusable tube (this was a very impossible task) and nothing else worked as well.

I use this around my feeding tube. Works better than what I’m supplied with. Plus it doesn’t irritate my skin.

The mineral oil does seem to separate and you have to sort of massage the tube before use or else you will get an oily glob of vaseline and zinc oxide. The biggest pro of this product is that it is ONLY 3 ingredients if sensitive/allergic skin is an issue. The product is 75% petroleum jelly, 20% zinc Oxide, and 5% mineral oil. That's it. This was the ONLY product I found with limited ingredients, even products listed for 'sensitive skin/eczema'. Other similar zinc oxide barrier creams have a crazy long list of ingredients like cetyl alcohol, lanolin, fragrance, liquid paraffin and various parabens.

Excellent for very dry, cracked skin. Best used at the end of the day after work as it leaves a thick greasy film. Give it a few hours to work undisturbed.

Was looking for a zinc cream that wasn't a diaper cream with that weird smell. This is perfect. I use it in places that I rash up if there isn't protection and with no odour I don't feel self-conscious. Excellent product.
