Wrap that little bic
So I bought one almost identical to this in my local smoke shop and it lasted probably 10 years. The leather like coating eventually started to break off so I decided to come here to look for a replacement. Found this and it sounded like it was almost the exact same thing so I bought it. Glad I did as it's pretty darn close to what I had before. My wife would buy packs of lighters and pick out the good colors so I bought one of these and told her it didn't matter which one I got because I can just stick my bic in this and all is good. She's happy. I'm happy. My little bic is happy. Life is good.

It’s just leather tube - no lighter!!
This is NOT a lighter no matter that the Amazon photo shows one dressed up in leather. This is simply decorative outerwear for a potential BIC lighter within, tho a lighter is NOT INCLUDED, so see what you’ve got lying around - maybe you’ve got a properly sized lighter at home - otherwise this may be yet another useless impulse buy.
