Just Right Padding and Comfort
I bought two pairs of these two years ago and may never go back to regular bike shorts. We travel and do bike tours, riding everyday for 7-10 days straight, anywhere from 3-7 hours per days. These provide enough padding for me (and I don't have a naturally padded behind) without being too bulky. They're comfortable to wear before and between rides, and they're easy to hand wash. They even dry fairly quickly depending on the climate, but that's why I bring two pairs, allowing a whole day between wearing a single pair. I actually tend to wear these on top of quick dry panties just to cut down on the need for washing them daily. So the panties get washed daily and bike undies get washed every 2-3 days instead. I've recommended these to friends who were happy with them as well. A valuable purchase in my opinion.

Good quality, stretches well, but padding is not for everyone.
Just tried it on after receiving these cycling underwear. I wanted something to wear beneath shorter shorts, the bike short tan is getting ridiculous. Bought an XL. For reference, I have a 32” waist, 42” hips and these fit well. The padding is a bit wide, at the slimmest part, and it it’s a bit uncomfortable when standing/walking, but I’m sure it’ll be okay while sitting on the saddle. I do like the amount of padding, it’ll work great for my needs. I’m riding a Schwinn Gateway commuter bike, I’m sitting upright and the padding is where it needs to be. If I were to use these riding my road bike with the drop down bars, I would be sitting farther forward and the padding doesn’t cover the booty bones because they’re underwear, not shorts. Overall, nice quality. I’ll probably keep looking around for something I can use with any bike position.

Rode my spin bike for 1 hour without having to stand up!
These are comfy and they work great. I'm in my 60's and like to ride my outdoor and indoor bikes for at least an hour or more. These help a lot. I hear about bike shorts but I tried these because sometimes I want to wear pants and didn't want to wear shorts under the pants. I live in cooler climate so these are perfect to wear under leggings, they are a little bulky in the but, still they work great and who sees your rear end when you're on a bike! I give it 5 stars because they work great.

001 style more like underwear, 02 style more like outerwear
I purchased both the 001-black style (at top of images) and the 02-black style with the wider waist elastic and branding on the outside (at bottom of images) with the intention for wearing under leggings. This is my first purchase of Baleaf products and am overall pleased with 001-black style particularly for my need. I have only tried on and have not tested them riding yet, but thought it could be helpful to some to compare the two as the styles are a little different. Chamois / padding: The pad itself is the same for both. The 001-black has the padding sewn into seams of the underwear securely with a serger stitch, whereas in 02-black the padding was simply attached to an existing underwear with a zigzag stitch and doesn’t look durable. The padding is placed well in my opinion and is not overly padded. I need the padding more in the groan where I sit and less up over my bottom, and this seems to do what I’m looking for. No diaper butt! I haven’t taken them out for a spin yet so I can’t speak for long term riding comfort. Leg holes: The seams around the leg holes of 001 are softer and less prominent than those of 02, though 02 leg seams may be a bit more durable. 001 leg holes remind me more of true underwear whereas 001 is more finished for wearing on its own. The seam can be seen under leggings for both, but I feel 001 is less prominent. Waistband: The main reason I wanted to try 02 was because of the wider waist band, hoping it would keep things smoother. Ironically the waist band was more muffin-top inducing than the 001 pair. The 02 has a very thick piece of elastic inside. I thought the 001, while not completely smooth around my waist, did a better job overall. Overall fit: I ordered a large in both. I am 165 lbs and 5’3”. I would consider both true to size, though the 002 style fits maybe a little smaller due to the waistband. Final thoughts: The 02 seems like they may be intended to wear on their own. It also seems like they simply sewed a chamois into an existing product. The 001 seems intended to wear as true underwear. For my needs, ultimately I think I will be returning 02 and keeping 001. I am still on the search for a seamless underwear with chamois to go under leggings.

Padding not thick enough
They feel like bathing suit bottoms (which was familiar and not bad since my first time trying this style) and fit exactly as expected. The padding is not as thick as I was expecting and it’s difficult to discern how much I comparison to other bike pants I have (the industry needs to come up with a scale for this if they haven’t already as so much is order online only) One side seems a tiny bit less padded which was not noticeable until I road for a while. There was actual pain and not rubbing. I won’t return bc essentially they’re underwear but I don’t think I’d buy them again. Also the padding could be increased as you are wearing something else over them.

Great Quality, Extremely Comfortable
I went on a bike tour with Tripsite and used these cycling underwear as it was an 8 day active trip. I purchased a few pairs of these before I went as padded underwear is most recommended- compared to shorts or a padded saddle cover. These were a PERFECT investment! I was able to ride every single day- around 20-30 miles for multiple hours. I was a bit sore but overall, these prevented what surely would have been quite painful! I would buy these over and over again but I probably won't have to do that either, as they are great quality. I highly, HIGHLY recommend purchasing these for your cycling comfort needs.

Quality construction but padding needs improvement
My review of these padded bike underwear is written after a 30 mile ride. The materials used in these padded panties is awesome: quality construction, nice fabric, the purple is lovely and the baboon-butt-red padding is fun. The panty fit well but the padding needs improvement. First, I am 5'4", 112 pounds, have a slim build and I bought a size small. I am fit. The padding hit me in the wrong spots. My impression is that the same size padding is used for all sizes - the same sized padding is sewn into panties of different sizes. If you are bigger the padding may work better for you. As a small person there was waaaay too much useless padding riding up the back of my butt. My sit bones were outside of the narrow padding and none of the big pads in the back were used. The black edging around the legs fits nicely except between my legs - it stuck out stiffly to the sides, rubbed and was uncomfortable when walking. I think I will curl it to the outside and secure it with a few stitches. The panties have a lovely wide contoured waistband but at the top of the waistband there is a 1/4" piece of elastic. After 5 miles of riding this thin piece of elastic cut in so much that it was leaving a red impression in my skin so I rolled the panty top down over my hipbones. I am not sure if this elastic is even needed to keep the panties in place. If it is, a wider (1"?) piece of elastic that isn't too tight would feel better. I gave these panties a 4-star rating because of the quality of the materials but the fit and padding placement, for me, is more of a 2-star.
