Exactly what I wanted and at a great price!!!!

Enjoyable read and a real eye opener!
I really enjoyed reading this book. It has really opened my eyes to exploring alternatives to modern medicine. This book and author suggest many great alternatives to modern medicine to help live a better life and even cure many ailments and even diseases! The best part is the author is a medical doctor with decades of experience!The only con for me was that I wished the author had gone deeper into some of the topics in the book. Other than that, it is well worth the money, in my opinion.

you need to live where you have a lot of sunshine, like AZ. where this Doctor lives.
This book is interesting, it has some good advice. getting enough sunshine is the upmost important . I live in the PNW. not enough sun, plus walking outside barefoot in snow or rain and frost not great.Then the book says to take so many vitamins, for all kinds of things. If I took all thse vitamins I wouldnt have room for breakfast lunch or dinner. Im however going to try the CoQ10 . and the glasses for blue light to get more sleep.

Expected a bit more info, but some info can be found online if you search for it. A bit costly for a paperback version. But nonetheless, it’s useful tips. If no urgency to buy, can give it a pass. Online searches for natural remedies can also be beneficial in my honest opinion. Not necessarily needed to buy this book. But since I bought it, I’ll refer to it from time to time then.
