Apologies in advance for the long review, as a woman who struggles with yeast infections and bv and utis, this stuff has been the most highly recommended supplement, a couple months ago i had gotten a YI for my first time in a couple of years and i had thought maybe it was a disruption in my ph, nope not the case, i originally had a really bad uti, i was having extreme migraines, hot flashes and every symptom but a actual uti, so when i went to the doctor and was told it was uti i was very confused, so they prescribed me some medication to help with my uti… of course my luck, the medicine they prescribed me.. GAVE ME A YI🥲 so i was suffering from an awful uti and now a yeast infection. i finally after about two weeks recovered from it and then GUESS WHAT not even a month later i got ANOTHER uti, i repeated the process and went back to my doctor to ask what is actually wrong, im not doing anything different, i didn’t swap body washes or anything, i am using cotton underwear and i couldn’t seem to figure out what was causing my utis, so i started doing my own research to do anything to prevent this from happening again. and then i found this supplement with the best reviews on how natural it was and how it actually is supposed to help with preventing utis, and it actually WORKED, after years of just using AZO products and having repetitive yi and utis this product helped me balance my body! all i have to say is if you are a woman who struggles with problems you cannot control, just give this product a try!

I have been using this brand for about 6 months now and I have had such a great experience. My vaginal health has improved tremendously since and I’ve noticed a real change. I used to use Queen V UTMI cranberry supplements but for whatever reason it didn’t do much but once I switched I noticed a huge difference after 3 months of consistent use. It really does help with ph balancing utis and just the overall health and I can’t see myself using any other cranberry supplement. To note I also take this with a prebiotic.

Great product

Doesn't seem effective for me; I still have symptoms of UTI after almost 30 days of using this product (I have 3 days left). Is it possible it might be effective after a few months of usage? Maybe, but not after 1 month; not for me. I've tried other formulas that seemed to work within 24 hours, for me, personally, at the same price point. I only purchased this because the D-Mannose was supposed to be better for longer-term cleansing, but later realized this only has 500mg of it. My bottle came with a code for "NEXT BOTTLE FREE!", so if they honor their promotion I'm willing to keep trying, but without the promotion I don't see any reason to spend money on this again, at this time. Will update if they honor the promotion and anything changes. --Update 2 months later (Apr): Customer service has given me the cold shoulder and the promotion was not honored. While the other product worked better, anyway, it would've been nice for this "small business" to honor their word.

This product I have nothing bad to say about it only that when I was looking for it to repurchase I couldn’t find it, probably was sold out. I have no regrets using it gets the job done keep me smelling fresh and was easy to swallow. I got it at a good cost so yes value for money. You can’t go wrong with this product recommend all females should have this in they reach for hygienic reasons.
