I ordered 4 Bermuda flag patches, but received 3 Bermuda and 1 Dominican Republic flag patch. I don't usually reach out to sellers, but I received an email from the seller asking for feedback, so I decided to let the seller know how disappointed I was about the mixup of patches. To my surprise, I received a response within the hour, with an apology, a reasonable excuse and the offer to send me the right patch. Considering the order was fulfilled by Amazon, I did not blame the seller and I was going to just take the loss and forget about it. I did accept the offer of a replacement, and I received another message several hours later letting me know the replacement patch was on its way, and I could keep the wrong patch as a gift. As for the patches themselves, they are beautiful and very well put together. The size, quality and look are as described. The cost I felt was fair, and given the quality, I would have paid a little more. Originally I was thinking to give this item 4 stars, only because of the mixup. However the seller's quick response and commitment to ensuring I got what I asked for, was first class and well deserving of 5 stars. I would most definitely buy this product again and I would also recommend this seller.
