Wathai 60mm x 10mm 12V 2Pin DC Brushless Exhaust Cooling Fan 12 Volt for Small Replacement Cooler 2 Pack

Recently bought a diesel parking heater for my motor home to reduce usage of propane. This required a 12 volt D.C. power supply capable of supplying 20 - 25 amps without running the power supply at its limits all night, so I bought a 30 amp rated supply. It did come with a small (60 mm) fan, which I felt was inadequate for long periods of use, and was unacceptably noisy. That's where these 2 fans come in. I swapped out one of these new fans with the factory supplied one inside the case, which was a perfect replacement. This fan draws in cool outside air, creating a breeze that circulates around the electrical components until pressure forces it out of the exhaust vents in the case. As for the second fan, I mounted it outside the top of the case in the front. (The internal fan is in the rear.). Since there were not enough vents where I wanted my second fan, I created some with a drill, and also made some holes for bolting the fan in place. Since I did not have a second 2 pin 12 v. connection to power my second fan, I ran the tiny wires for it out of the front of the power supply, and connected said wires to one set of the power supply's 12 volt d.c. output terminals. (If you look at the photo, these are the incredibly tiny red wires. Doesn't take much current to run these fans!). This setup worked extremely well for me! The fans are really, really quiet -- like a whisper, even though I'm running 2. And they do a great job bringing cool air into the case, then pulling it out of the case on the other side. I probably could have gotten by with a single fan, but I'll be running that heater all night next winter, and I now have peace of mind that 12 hours of operation won't overheat the power supply. These fans were, in my view, a real bargain, and I highly recommend them!

Had a little project and needed a few fans. This being one of them. Nice and simple replacement. Went right in and is very quiet. Works great.

Functions fine but rather loud, even at 50% throttle, does move a decent amount of air tho for a thin fan!

Perfect silent upgrade to my Ender 3 Pro power supply. The only problem was that the positive/negative terminals are backwards on the plug but using a tiny flathead it’s easy to fix
